Caution. I would urge not to buy an ebike here. The follow-up is horrible. If you have a product defect, good luck getting your money back!

Super 73 Rose Ave and S1 owner. These bikes are an absolute blast. I purchased the early Rose Ave edition based off its resemblance of my old mini bike (child of the 70’s) and couldn’t have been happier. The creators of the bike were great to work with, and while communication could take some time, they were honestly concerned with their growing community of riders. New businesses will always struggle with growing pains, but Super 73 never disappointed. I even got to meet them early on and I was extremely impressed. These bikes are a blast! If you are interested in buying one I’d highly recommend ????????????

I like the bike when it works.
The bike broke within the first 30 days. I spent hours trying to fix it. Customer service was terrible.
Their phone support never has anyone on the line and it took them 3 weeks to reply to my email.

I gained 100 pounds over my 7 years working at Boeing because it was so depressing and soul crushing. After a near death experience, I decided to make some changes and get back into bicycle riding. Super73 makes one of the few bikes that can support a person that is well over the industry weight standard of 250 pounds. Additionally, their dedication to safety and social distancing has been quite impressive. Simply put, I am very satisfied with my purchase and have been recommending the Super73 to everyone I know.
